Progressive Ashtanga Yoga has had the wonderful experience of training hundreds of fresh new Ashtanga Yoga guides and helping these students create a network of piers to support each other in our common goal, "To share the love of the practice."
David offers trainings that vary in time and content to help students find a place of easy access into the yoga practice with a 200 hour and 300 hour level certification that builds up to a complete 500 hour certification. This allows the student to register in Yoga Alliance in the RYT-200 and RYT-500 status!
Separate from Yoga Alliance is the Rocket Vinyasa Yoga Collective. We offer a 100 hour Rocket Vinyasa Yoga Certification. Students are allowed to split this part of the training into a 5 day 50 hour intensive that can be taken 2 times over the course of a year. After completion of the 100 hours Rocket Vinyasa students are placed into different 4 levels. For more detailed information of the Rocket Vinyasa Yoga student levels then look below!
All our hours are Yoga Alliance recognized and students are encouraged to teach what they feel confident in demonstrating and describing. If becoming a "Rocket Mentor" in your community is of interest then join us on this journey into the yoga lifestyle! Talk with a local Progressive Ashtanga Yoga teacher and ask them about their experience!
